Yes, we need a signed statement that you agree to let us into your home to care for your animals as well as that you are aware of and agree to our policies/procedures.
No, our initial meet is free of charge and lasts approximately 30-45 minutes.
We will get to know each other and discuss what care plan would be best for your pets. We will go through all the paperwork, discuss any special diet or medications your pet may require, and the dates I can provide you with service.
You will be asked to supply 2 sets of working keys. All keys are kept in a locked safe with no identifiable information (other than your pets’ names) that would tie them to your home. We will need a copy of a current rabies vaccine to keep in your file.
We will also need a copy of their rabies vaccine to keep with our records.
We understand that plans may change. If you are a regular daily client we ask for 24 hours notice. If you are scheduled for vacation visits or overnights you will receive a 100% refund if you cancel 7 days or more prior to your trip. 50% if cancelled 3-7 days before trip. If you cancel within 48 hours there will be no refund. Refunds will be credited towards future visits. There is no refund/credit given for early returns. This time is scheduled for you. It is impossible to rebook the time that was allotted for you without sufficient notice.
