We are new to the area and renting until our house is built. Our two cats are just getting used to their new home and I was anxious about leaving them home while we went on a cruise. Janet and her team were absolutely the best! Professional service. Loved seeing my daily pictures! We were diverted coming home and they came for an extra visit on short notice! I would absolutely recommend! Sadly when we move we will be too far for them.
I used this service for the first time and was absolutely thrilled with them! They will now be my go to pet sitting service going forward! I was impressed by how responsive and professional they were. The portal was easy to use and I truly loved and appreciated getting regular updates. My recent trip was stressful and it was so comforting to know my cats were being well cared for in my absence. I cannot thank LeeAnn and Janet enough for helping me out in such short notice. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Used the service for the first time this week. It worked out great for our two kitties. LeeAnn came in daily to take care of our crew and did a wonderful job. She sent a message everyday with updates on our cats as well as pictures.
It was a great feeling knowing your pets are being looked after by people who really care and love animals. Our cats were happy, calm and relaxed when we arrived home. They were happy, which makes us happy.
Janet and LeeAnn are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone who wants piece of mind while they are away.
Walk This Way Pet Services is awesome! I highly recommend them after using their services during our most recent vacation. My dog is apprehensive with strangers and Dan and Janet were patient and took the time to make sure he felt comfortable around them. The photos and updates are wonderful and really put my mind at ease! My kitty enjoyed their visits and I will definitely use their services again. A++++!!!
Janet and crew at Walk This Way are amazing and wonderful! I never have to worry about leaving my sweet but anxious cat home while Iām out of town! They really care about the little details and even send the most precious daily updates!

Dear LeeAnn, Bri, and Janet - I have settled in here in Chicago and will be returning Friday, 3/20 to pick up my mom and Lassie to bring them up to Illinois. Mom temporary, Lassie permanent.
I want to thank you for the incredible service that you have provided. Actually, it is more like a dear friendship with my Lassie. When you branch out to Chicago, please let me know!
I've moved into my cousin's home, so Lassie will have a beautiful, fenced in backyard to play/lay in, a park just down the street, and a friend who will be moving in and will not be working this summer (school employee), so Lassie will be well cared for.
It truly breaks my heart to say that Friday, 3/20 will be the last time your services will be required. Your attention to detail, knowledge of Lassie, and your unbridled love will most definitely be missed by my girl, as well as my mom and I.

These people are fabulous!! We have 5 pets (3 dogs, 2 cats) and 3 require medications. We are totally comfortable going away and leaving our pets with them. We trust them completely to stay overnight in our home. We love the reports and pics we get from them when we away. Highly recommend them
10 stars! I am so impressed. From the start, Janet, Dan and Patty were accommodating, caring and 100% professional! Patty stayed at my house to watch over my girl, Bimini while I was out of town & all I can say is I have never felt more at ease knowing she was so well cared for! I received several updates & pics throughout the day, and she took the time to pay attention to what Bimini needed or was in the mood to do (play time vs stretch time or long walk vs yard time). Bimini was calm & relaxed when I returned & I could tell she had not been stressed in the least bit. This team is amazing and the entire experience was reassuring, and extremely professional. We have had Janet and Dan for three seasons and just love them and their service. The additions of Patty and LeAnn have been terrific. We are delighted with them all.
